[PYTHON] SSL : Python3을 사용하여 CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED

문제: 크롤링에서 urllib.request.urlopen() 이 동작하지 않습니다.  아래는 해당 오류 메세지 입니다.

해결: SSL 인증 모듈을 사용합니다. 아래의 모듈과 코드를 추가합니다.
